CompuNetwork Policies:
All returns must be made within 14 days of your order. To obtain authorization, please call 786-693-2032 Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time (US & Canada) or email support@compunetworkinc.com.
Any Control4 product purchased from CompuNetwork must be programmed or installed by our technicians, we will not ship standalone product under any circumstances.

No returns on the following:
- Project Programming or Service (extensive warranty granted on this service)
- IT Support Services (extensive warranty granted on this service)
- Items that are damaged or abused
- Items that are missing accessories
- Items that has been opened, used or installed

 

WARRANTY SERVICE: All products sold by CompuNetwork have a full manufactures warranty*. CompuNetwork will repair or replace defective item within 30 days of original purchase.

* Programming and IT Support Services carry a full 1 year warranty related to bugs, incorrect coding and human error.
